  Key  extrusion  products  and  markets

Aerospace
Hard alloys are produced as billets and bars for forging stock. These serve applications such as landing gear and engine blades.

Small and intermediate sections are used to make aircraft fuselage frames and stiffeners, while heavy sections provide wing-stringers for airliners.

Our precision tubes carry hydraulic fluids, serve as control rods, and form the frames of passenger seats.

Our latest extrusions are particularly suited to stiffening damage tolerant fuselage and lower wing panels. They are also used in buckling applications. They offer a high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
